Youth Emerging Forum (YEF) is a youth-led platform and an integral part of the IVF Gloabl, designed to empower young leaders, students, and changemakers to actively engage in climate action, sustainability, and global policy dialogue.
YEF brings together youth from diverse backgrounds to share ideas, develop leadership skills, and contribute youth-driven solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—with a strong focus on climate change and environmental responsibility.
The Youth Diplomatic Summit Romania 2026 is an international youth leadership initiative that relies on application fees and partner support to ensure the effective planning and successful delivery of its programs. A nominal application fee of £10 is required to cover essential administrative, evaluation, and processing costs, enabling the efficient organization and management of the summit.
This fee helps maintain high professional standards while supporting the mission of empowering young leaders globally, particularly those applying under the Fully Funded and Partially Funded categories.
Interested participants can register online via the official summit website. After completing the application form and paying the application fee, applicants will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and summit details.
The deadline to submit your application for the Youth Emerging Summit Romania 2027 is 25 February 2026. Applications submitted after this date may not be considered.
Self-Funded scholarships?
Fully Funded Scholarships:Â Cover travel, accommodation, and summit program fees, allowing selected delegates to attend without financial burden.
Partially Funded Scholarships:Â Cover a portion of expenses; participants are responsible for the remaining costs.
Financial Assistance:Â Provides support for specific costs such as travel or accommodation to ensure wider participation.
Self-Funded:Â Participants cover all costs themselves, giving full flexibility in planning and travel.
